Classic Car Restoration Process

Offering Full Frame-Off Restoration Services

The first phase involves the complete dissembling of your vehicle. After everything is disassembled, media blasted, we check on what exactly your vehicle needs most and formulate a plan accordingly.

In phase two your vehicle proceeds to rust repair and major bodywork is completed. Making sure that the bodywork lasts longer, the vehicle is taken apart and reassembled.

The cost of the restoration depends on the condition of the car and the time it takes to complete the job. Speak to our experts!

Systematic Restoration Process

Phase three involves preparing the body for painting. The body is straightened and blocked several times, which is when you start seeing your vehicle turn around. Bodywork is the most important step and it has to be straight for the finished product to look great.

In phase four and five, the body and parts are prepped for painting. The vehicle is painted, color sanded and buffed to a beautiful shine.

Phase six is reassemble of the complete car. All parts align and fit properly with new weather-strips. In phase seven your vehicle is almost finished and consists of installing motor,  transmission, and interior. Phase eight wraps up the final stage where your vehicle is carefully cleaned and detailed for you to drive away in!
